Welcome to Sensei, operated by Moment Apps Ltd. By accessing or using the Sensei app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before using the app.

1. Acknowledgment
These Terms & Conditions are between you and Moment Apps Ltd, not Apple. Moment Apps Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Sensei app and its content. Apple has no responsibility for the app, its functionality, or any content provided within the app. You must comply with Apple's Usage Rules as set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License
The license granted to you for the Sensei app is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This app may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

3. App Usage
The Sensei app is solely for providing advice on dating and relationships. By using the app, you agree that: The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You will not share any offensive, harmful, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content within the app.
4. AI-Generated Advice
The advice provided by the AI in the Sensei app is for informational purposes only. While the AI aims to offer helpful advice, Moment Apps Ltd is not responsible for any outcomes based on the advice given. You understand and agree that:
- You take the advice at your own risk.
- Moment Apps Ltd will not be liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the AI’s advice.
5. Maintenance and Support
Moment Apps Ltd is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Sensei app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Moment Apps Ltd is solely responsible for any warranties related to the Sensei app, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Moment Apps Ltd.
7. Product Claims
You acknowledge that Moment Apps Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Sensei app or your possession and/or use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Product liability claims.
- Any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
- Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the Sensei app or your possession and use of the app infringes on that third party’s intellectual property rights, Moment Apps Ltd, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
9. Legal Compliance
By using the Sensei app, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Third-Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Sensei app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
12. Third-Party Beneficiary
You and Moment Apps Ltd acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms & Conditions. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms & Conditions against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
13. Premium Subscription
Sensei offers a Premium version requiring a weekly subscription. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Payments will be charged to your designated payment method at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a weekly basis unless canceled. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following week.
Refunds are generally not available, except under exceptional circumstances such as accidental purchases or technical issues. Any refund requests must be submitted through the app store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store’s subscription management feature. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no prorated refunds will be given for unused time.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees. If the price changes, you will be notified prior to the next billing cycle, and the new price will take effect unless you cancel.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via a pop-up notification within the app. Continued use of the app after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
